Warm, tender apple slices topped with gooey caramel, crunchy candy bits, and a drizzle of white chocolate—an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert that comes together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith recommended)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup crushed toffee bits (Heath bar bits or crushed Skor bars)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanut butter cups (Reese’s recommended)
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate drizzle (melted white chocolate chips or melting wafers)
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry apples. Core and slice into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or platter.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the apple slices.
  3. Spoon caramel sauce into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until warm and pourable.
  4. Drizzle warm caramel over the apple slices, covering them evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed toffee bits, crushed peanut butter cups, and mini marshmallows evenly over the caramel-covered apples. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  6. If desired, warm the assembled nachos in a preheated oven at 350°F for 2-3 minutes, or under the broiler for 1-2 minutes (watch closely).
  7. Melt white chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the warm apple nachos.
  8. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over everything.
  9. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Notes

For best results, use firm apples like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith. Warm caramel gently to avoid burning. Serve immediately for optimal texture; leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and reheated in a 350°F oven for 3-4 minutes. To prevent apple browning, toss slices with a mixture of 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water.
