Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your flag-shaped pan or baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. Mix the cake batter according to the package instructions, typically combining cake mix with about 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, and 3 large eggs. Use an electric mixer or whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Tap gently to level and release air bubbles.
