This easy candy corn white chocolate bark is a quick and festive fall treat, combining creamy white chocolate with crunchy candy corn and salty pretzels. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s perfect for Halloween parties, Thanksgiving dessert tables, or any autumn gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) white chocolate chips or bars (preferably Ghirardelli)
  • 1 cup (about 150 grams) candy corn (preferably Brach’s)
  • 2 tablespoons fall-themed sprinkles (orange, brown, gold)
  • 1/2 cup (about 60 grams) pretzel sticks, roughly broken
  • Optional: A pinch of flaky sea salt (e.g., Maldon)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (about 30 grams) dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, letting it extend over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place 12 ounces of white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each interval, until mostly melted (about 2-3 minutes). Stir until completely smooth and glossy. If too thick, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the center of the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, scatter 1 cup of candy corn evenly over the surface. Add the broken pretzel sticks and dried cranberries (if using). Gently press the toppings into the chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of fall-themed sprinkles over the top. If using, add a light pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely firm and no longer sticky.
  7. Once set, lift the parchment paper from the baking sheet. Break the bark into irregular pieces (about 2-3 inch shards) with your hands, or cut into squares with a sharp knife.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use room temperature toppings to prevent chocolate from seizing. Work quickly once chocolate is spread. For best flavor, make a day ahead. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
