These quick and easy mini turkey cranberry sliders are perfect for game day, weeknights, or any gathering. With juicy turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melty cheese on soft rolls, they’re ready in under 25 minutes and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12-count) slider rolls (preferably King’s Hawaiian)
  • 1 pound deli-sliced turkey breast (thick-sliced recommended)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or Swiss)
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected as much as possible. Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  3. Layer the turkey: Fold each slice of deli turkey in half and layer evenly over the bottom buns, using about ¾ of the pound.
  4. Add the cheese: Lay provolone slices over the turkey, slightly overlapping if needed.
  5. Spoon on the cranberry sauce: Drop small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce all over the cheese layer. Do not spread.
  6. Add the remaining turkey: Layer the rest of the turkey slices on top of the cranberry sauce.
  7. Place the top buns on: Gently press the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  8. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
  9. Brush the tops: Generously coat the top of each roll with the butter mixture. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if using.
  10. Cover and bake: Tent the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Rest before serving: Let the sliders sit in the pan for about 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife to cut between the rolls and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t skip the foil for the first 10 minutes to prevent burning. Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes after baking to help them set. For extra crunch, toast the bottom buns for 3-4 minutes before assembling. The glaze can be made up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated.
