  • 1/4 cup honey (85g)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (120ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the drumsticks lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey and BBQ sauce and whisk until smooth.
  5. Toss the drumsticks in the honey BBQ mixture until thoroughly coated.
  6. Arrange the coated drumsticks on a lined baking tray, spacing them out slightly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Flip each drumstick using tongs to coat the other side and bake for another 10-15 minutes until skin is golden and sticky and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
