This quick and easy wrap combines creamy avocado, savory turkey, and cool ranch dressing in a tortilla for a lunch that kids and adults love. It’s a no-fuss, crowd-pleasing meal that comes together in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla (10-inch)
  • 810 slices deli turkey (oven-roasted recommended)
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 23 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 slices cheese (provolone, cheddar, or pepper jack)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced tomato or red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash with a fork until creamy with some chunks.
  2. Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side until pliable.
  3. Lay the warm tortilla flat and spread the mashed avocado evenly in the center, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer the turkey slices in a single layer over the avocado, then top with cheese slices and shredded lettuce. Add optional tomatoes or peppers if desired.
  5. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the fillings in a thin, even stream.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom, tucking in the fillings. Place seam-side down.
  7. Wrap the finished wrap tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes if time allows.
  8. Cut the wrap in half diagonally or straight across and pack in a lunchbox with a cold pack.

Notes

For best results, warm the tortilla to prevent cracking. If making ahead, add lettuce in the morning to avoid sogginess. The ranch dressing helps slow avocado browning. Use burrito-sized tortillas (10-inch) for easy rolling.
