A quick and refreshing frozen peach slushie made with just frozen peaches and sparkling water, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300 grams) frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Measure 2 cups (300 grams) of frozen peach slices straight from the bag. No need to thaw.
  2. Place the frozen peaches in your blender jar, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of chilled sparkling water to the blender.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until a smooth, icy slush forms. If needed, stop and stir, then blend again.
  5. Check the texture; it should be thick and slushy, not watery. Add a splash more sparkling water if too thick or more frozen peaches if too thin, then blend briefly.
  6. Pour the slushie into tall glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with a thin peach slice or fresh mint.

Notes

Use ripe, high-quality frozen peaches for best flavor. Keep sparkling water and glasses chilled to maintain icy texture. Avoid over-blending to preserve carbonation. Serve immediately for best fizz and texture.
