  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (about 40 marshmallows)
  • 4 to 6 graham cracker squares, broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) softened butter
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Measure out ½ cup (90g) of chocolate chips, ½ cup of mini marshmallows, 1 tablespoon (14g) softened butter, and broken graham crackers.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and microwave on high for about 20 seconds until melted. Watch carefully to avoid bubbling over.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir well. Repeat in 10-second bursts if needed until smooth and glossy.
  4. Evenly scatter ½ cup of mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate. Do not stir.
  5. Microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds until marshmallows puff up and get golden at the edges. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or drizzle ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract over the top before serving.
  7. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
