A simple, colorful, and bubbly punch perfect for summer parties, made with just five ingredients and fresh berries for garnish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) blueberry juice, unsweetened
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) cranberry juice, 100% juice with no added sugar
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) lemonade, fresh or store-bought
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) sparkling water, chilled, plain or lemon-flavored
  • A handful of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill all your ingredients: blueberry juice, cranberry juice, lemonade, and sparkling water before starting (about 10 minutes).
  2. Rinse strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries gently under cold water. Slice the strawberries thinly and set aside a handful for garnish (5 minutes).
  3. In a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser, pour in the blueberry juice, cranberry juice, and lemonade. Stir gently to mix without bruising the fruit (3 minutes).
  4. Add the sliced strawberries, whole blueberries, and raspberries to the punch bowl (1 minute).
  5. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water to add fizz and lighten the punch. Stir gently once more to combine (1 minute).
  6. Optionally, add regular ice cubes or berry ice cubes to keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor.
  7. Serve immediately by ladling into glasses or letting guests serve themselves from the dispenser. Garnish each glass with extra berries or a mint leaf if desired.

Notes

Keep all liquids chilled before mixing to prevent ice from diluting the punch. Add sparkling water last to preserve fizz. Use fresh, firm berries to avoid cloudiness. Gentle stirring preserves color layers and fizz. Store leftovers without sparkling water in the fridge up to 24 hours; add sparkling water and ice before serving again. Avoid freezing.
